it is a multi-purpose sports stadium located in Al-Farwaniyah Governorate, south of Kuwait City, in Al-Ardiya Industrial Area. The stadium has a capacity of around 60,000 people and is Kuwait’s largest sports arena. A swimming pool, consensus rooms, and stadium services, including police, ambulance, and firefighters, are located around the stadium. The stadium has four floors: the first floor is for VIPs, with parking and helicopter helipads, while the second story has the princely hall, entrances to the princely restroom, a doctor’s room, and the princely main hall overlooking the stadium, and there are also rooms for officials, secretaries and records, a glass museum for the stadium model, meeting rooms, rooms overlooking the stadium, 54 cabins that can accommodate 600 spectators, and the second floor contains TV and press rooms overlooking the stadium, a press conference room with simultaneous translation into three languages, 100 chairs for the press and five Radio commentary rooms, six television broadcasting studios, a television and radio control room, an analytical studio room, a control room, a control room for the scoreboard and advertisements, rooms for guards, police and ambulances, and a main control room overlooking the stadium. The fourth results in roof services, hanging lights, and two panels. There are numerous primary venues at the stadium, including a VIP hall, the Prince (El-Amir) hall, a prayer place (small mosque), and a VIP lounge. In addition to maritime masts, it was created to depict Kuwait’s sea environment with owls and the wild environment with horse saddles. The Public Authority for Youth and Sports signed the contract for the construction of the stadium on April 17, 2000, and the Kuwait Municipality agreed on September 20, 2000 <\/span>t<\/span>o allocate a plot of land in Al Shaddiyah area with an area of \u200b\u200btwo million square meters instead of Al-Ardiya area to be a place for the construction of Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium with the aim of being the nucleus of Jaber Al-Ahmad Sports City. On November 26, 2000, the stadium’s location was returned to Al-Ardiya again, and the area of \u200b\u200bthe Sports City was increased to 800,000 square meters. The stadium can accommodate 60,000 spectators. The stadium bleachers consist of 58,000 for the public, 300 seats for the disabled, 750 seats for VIPs, 250 seats for the media and 600 seats for private cabins. The stadium has parking spaces for 6,500 cars: 5150 for the public, 600 for VIPs, and 750 shaded parking spaces for workers. The final cost of the stadium was 59 million Kuwaiti dinars.
